We take fresh approach to traditional quilting. We have a wonderful staff and our fabric selection is vast (30,000+ yards) and includes a variety of vintage reproductions, retro chic, batik and Asian-inspired varieties.

The Owners An "Ohio Star" was born on February of 2009 when Monique Noonan and Hilary Cavotta launched Quilts & Sew Forth. Previously, the mother-daughter pair operated the original Quilts & Sew Forth in Singapore—then the largest importer of U.S. cotton fabrics in Southeast Asia. That business was sold in 2000 after Hilary got married and moved to Cleveland. Now, ten years later, the Quilts & Sew Forth tradition continues here in Mentor, Ohio!
