The Owners Quilts & Sew Forth was launched in February of 2009 by Monique Noonan and Hilary Cavotta. Previously, the mother-daughter pair operated the original Quilts & Sew Forth in Singapore—then the largest importer of U.S. cotton fabrics in Southeast Asia.
